At WAMSCCA – World Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery Certification and Care Alliance, we value transparency and fairness in our transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our certification programs, memberships, training events, and other paid services.
1. General Policy
All payments made to WAMSCCA are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing under specific terms for a particular program or event. Due to the administrative and planning requirements for our global events and educational services, we are unable to offer refunds except in the limited circumstances outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
a. Event Cancellation by WAMSCCA
If an event, certification program, or training workshop is cancelled or postponed by WAMSCCA, participants will be offered the choice of:
a.1 A full refund, or
a.2 Transfer of the registration to a rescheduled date or alternate program
b. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same service, please contact us within 14 days. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full.
c. Technical Errors
In case of payment errors caused by a technical fault on our side, we will process a full refund upon verification.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
3.1 Failure to attend a paid course, conference, or workshop
3.2 Voluntary withdrawal or cancellation by the participant
3.3 Visa denial, travel restrictions, or personal emergencies (unless a replacement participant is provided and approved)
3.4 Dissatisfaction with course content once the event has started or materials have been accessed
3.5 Refund requests made more than 14 days after payment for non-event services
4. Transfer Policy
Participants who are unable to attend an event or program may be allowed to:
4.1 Transfer their registration to another eligible participant
4.2 Defer participation to a future event (subject to approval and availability)
All transfer or deferment requests must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the event start date.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund (if eligible), email admin@wamscca.org with:
5.1 Full name
5.2 Payment receipt or transaction ID
5.3 Reason for refund request
5.4 Supporting documents, if applicable
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15–30 business days to the original payment method.
