Licensed medical professional:
Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons
Dermatologists
Aesthetic Physicians
General Practitioners
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons
Dentists practicing Facial Aesthetics (permitted by local law), Aesthetic/Cosmetic Nurses (with licensure)
Registered Nurses (permitted by local law)
Minimum 3 years clinical experience in aesthetic medicine
Previous teaching or training exposure preferred
Endorsement from a WAMSCCA-certified trainer or academy (optional)
Eligibility is subject to:
Proof of valid, unrestricted licensure from a recognized medical or dental council/board and Compliance with local laws on scope of aesthetic practice

WAMSCCA Train the Trainer & GASI Global Summit 2025
Who is eligible to join the Train the Trainer program?
The program is open to licensed medical professionals including MDs, DOs, DDS, DMDs, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Physician Assistants, and other regionally approved professionals with at least 3 years of clinical experience in aesthetic medicine. Applicants must also be in good standing with their local medical or dental councils.
Will I be officially certified as a trainer after completing the program?
Yes. Upon successful completion of the 2-day program and submission of your trainer portfolio and assessment, you will receive the WAMSCCA-GASI Certified Trainer Certificate, a digital trainer badge, and listing in the Global Trainer Registry.
What is the GASI Oath and who takes it?
The GASI Oath is a public commitment to ethical, safe, and patient-centered aesthetic practice. It is taken by newly certified trainers, Seal of Safety holders, and institutional partners during the summit. Participants receive a framed certificate of oath and are listed in the GASI Global Safety Registry.
What does the Humanitarian Gala Night involve?
The Gala Night is a formal evening event recognizing outstanding contributions to aesthetic medicine, education, and pro bono care. It includes awards, patient impact stories, donor recognition, and cultural entertainment, offering a platform for high-level networking and celebration.
Is there a refund policy?
Visa Rejection: If a participant's visa application is rejected, they are eligible for a full refund upon submission of the official visa refusal document.Visa applications must be made at least 45 days prior to the masterclass date to qualify for a refund in case of rejection.

Cancellation 30 Days Before the Masterclass:
Participants who cancel at least 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus administrative fees.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
